[Help] Male NPCs with Female Wardrobe?

So, I'm trying to add some male NPCs to LoE, but... when I make them wardrobed and try to give them a nice little custom outfit, they turn into women!

It seems the wardrobed pieces are reading the files for the females.  I've set the mesh, material and base wardrobe file for these NPCs to their male version and am stumped as to why this is happening.

Anyone run into this before?

Yes, I know such problem.
Create a new unit type NPC male, specify there the male gender.
