Thank you for posting this here!

The one thing I will hope for is that Runic will passively refresh their creative ability with the Torchlight Series during this time working on other genres.

Torchlight 2 felt like many things couldn't get finished and I would be more than happy to wait a very long time if it means we get a superior Torchlight 3.

I wouldn't want them to burn out their health again after hearing their fatigue at the development end of TL2; spending years with other games like Hob thereby gaining greater experience is probably the best thing TL3 needs more than anything since TL1 and TL2 benefited heavily from their previous experience in Fate and Mythos.
At this point after playing Torchlight 2 for 8 years original and modded... ignorant of mods and now wise with compatibility... the one thing I value the most-

-is being able to have "support" from the author of any mod.

I think the only advice I can give is that you don't burn yourself out. ^_^
