Sacred 2
« on: »
I bought Sacred 2 on Steam yesterday (Gold edition) and had the chance to play it a bit last night. I must say I liked it a lot, despite it's shortcomings, many of which has been addressed by the Community Patch.

I'm only at level 7, but I recommend the game if you're looking for a new ARPG to play.

Good to hear.  :) I'm currently playing as the Dryad class. Which are your favorites?

I liked the Dryad, but the Temple Gaurdain was my favorite.  Such a unique class.  And I loved its mount.

Ah. I think the Temple Guardian is the last class I'd try without recommendations. I never tend to go for the unique classes, I always stay true to the cliche classes... Took me a while before I tried the Engineer in TL2. I'll check out the Temple Guardian though, might turn out to be a new favorite.  ;)

It starts slow, so be patient.  One you get level 20 or so, it starts to become powerful.  It has some impressive AOE skills.

Cool. Thanks for the heads up. Playing so far, I feel that the game starts a bit slow in general, but I like it. It's not as hectic as Torchlight, at least not yet...
