(WIP) Loot Overhaul

Hey guys, I wanted to share this mod im currently working on.
The idea is to modify a lot of things about the loot system. From adding items to modifying drop rates.
Firstly, I am going to use the following mods made by others, some of the creators are here so if you guys see this post and dont want me to use them just tell me.
- unlock all spells and buy all spells, both by doudley
- affix expansion by wayback (without the items)
- 3 mods that add spells: Weapon Style, Spell Pack AG and the spells from Reiners Gear (which are copies of the vanilla spells, versions VI to X).
So with these mods i would be adding a lot of spells and making them accesible with the "buy all spells mod".

And then i would be adding a ton of items. I got this idea because i was dissapointed at how you can only see certain weapons at certain levels. is like, from level X to Y the weapons look like this, and from level A to B they look different, and so on every a few levels. That results in models being underused, you only see them at the same few levels every playthrough. The same happens with uniques and legendaries, they only have 1 version at a certain level.
So my idea was to make copies of the existing items every 5 levels, so that you see them all the way. So you could find your favorite legendary at any time instead of having to wait to reach the last levels for example.
I think it would be extremely healthy for the game, seeing much more variety : P. Take Swords for example. If you get 100 unique swords at a certain level, you are only going to get 1 or 2 types. With this mod you could get like 15 different types.

And then i would like to make some droprates changes, something about reducing white drops a little bit, and increasing unique and legendary drop rates. Also increasing rare chests per map and do something about boss chests

Hey @Ings go for it! On the mods u plan to use, as long as the modders say yes there should be no problems there. Even if some cant be reached anymore its acceptable to go ahead, just with the offer to remove if asked later on.

On the concept itself, i love the expanded spells and spells vendor ideas! For the items, the blues and greens showing on all levels is good, but im a little off on finding the same legendary or the same unique on many diff levels as u progress - for me that would reduce their significance to blues and greens. Not sure how to address that tho (if at all since its ur mod anyway ;) ) within the framework of your items concept.
