Finding a good Pet Model "Kirby & J10", but still need animation for Pet.

Maybe Kirby could use an attack animation from Wisp
And for J10 can be given attack Gun Bot animation from Engineer ;)

Random thoughts :

- All the pets have the same stats. For this version I want people choose their pet for the skin, not the stats

- I finally made the missing icons myself. Protodragon and Elite wolf have no icon yet because I still wait for Galandrix approval

- I added a few model variations. I don't have the skills to change textures but change colors is quite easy. I will add more later.

- I haven't include the Paladin from Synergies because I'm not sure Salan would be ok with it. I know he has left modding but even so I think I will respect his wills.

- I have removed all the skills from pets who had ones. As a result a few pets cannot attack. I will fix them ASAP and if I can't I will return one skill for each.

- My priorities now is fixing the bugs. First the pets who can't attack and after those who can't use scroll skills.

I also hope that this Mod can run well with Mod Synergies & Essential, because most people use that Mod. :P

I've tried it looks neat but I crash when I want to open the 4th tab of Variant Pet, I can see the pet that is on the tabs 1-3. I hope this can be fixed. :(

Some Pet skins are not yet complete, like the skin on pet Panther.

Some of the pets are seen translucent, like pet Eye of the Beholder, Cube Companion.

Some Pet Like Dark Alchemist needs to be given a weapon [Staff] so as not to look awkward. :D
Gravedigger [Shovel], Valkorln [X-Bow], etc...

There is a pet that when you play it is even smaller than when you choose it, like Grand Regent Eldrayn.

There is a pet that when you play it will make a pretty annoying sound when walking, like Artificer, Boletus Rex. Maybe his voice can be lowered so as not to be so disturbing.



There is a new pet created by @Vkoslak Scorpion Pet

Just like any other this pet seems to need size adjustment and this pet can not use spell. It needs to be fixed a little. And also if it can be given different color choices to be more varied. :D

I've just tried with both and it doesn't seem to have any problems.
A few pets are duplicated because I have sometimes use different names, maybe I can try to harmonize the names with these mods.

I have'nt this problem on my side.
Do you use any other mods thant can conflict with it ? Or maybe it's a problem only for mac users.

I agree, but I already tried to change that and pets doesn't seem able to carry weapons, unless there are already in the mesh files.
By the way, it's already like this in the original mod.

I also tried it by using only Pet Variant.
I do not know, but when I try compilation Mod (without Variant Pet) from some merge pet at once like, Mamba Pet, Phan big Pet, and others, it does not happen. :(

Information: I almost forgot, I've had a crash while trying Mod Monster Hero. when trying to play the monster that is there. There may be no problem with the pet in Mod Monster Hero but there is a problem with the Hero Monster in there. That case is almost the same as this I can not get to the next Tab, it's just that crash happens when I choose Hero Monster and not when I choose Pet.

Yeah, that's a problem from the original Mod, it looks like it's a texture issue or something.

If I'm not mistaken still less one / two more skins, try to see Pet Panther in variant mod. The skin is taken from the Clouddancer Mod

@Korzeam , Can you make White Tiger skin from Panther [Tiger skin]?

For the crash problem, on 4th tab there are Goba and Kirby that can be tricky.
Those two are working for you in the original mods ?

I never play Goba because he is in the form of .PAK. For Kirby I can play it in the original mod.

The worst possibility should exclude Mod Monster Hero. I hope that does not happen, because there are also many interesting pet there.

Goba from the PAK file is the same than the one you can find in star wars pets mod.
And you said this one made you crash.
So it could be Goba too.

Pets from Monster Hero are quite standard so I'm not sure they are the problem.

For Star Wars Pets Beta 1.11 it's true I always crash when I using that mod.

Maybe that's the cause. Can it be fixed?

I do not know this would be a hassle for you, what if removing Goba / Joda / StarWarsPet beta from Variant Pet mod to see if it will crash or not?

Maybe you can also add Emberdrake skin [made by @Lord Nyriox] on Pet Dragon

Skin that has not been added yet:

- Wolf: it's looks like you have not yet added a black wolf skin to the Wolf pet.

- Armadax: form mamba & big phan pet (There is 1 skin where armadax has white stripe in Mamba Pet & Different colors for the feet in Phan Big Pet)

- Claptrap: from mamba pet



Note:
For the time being I can only test Pet on Pet tab 1-3 only until the crash problem can be solved ;)
And maybe I can get Pet that's on Pet Tab 4-and so on if I'm lucky to get random Pet when starting a new game. :D
