After a message from our hosting provider, I've disabled the ShoutBox as it was draining too much CPU resources for our current hosting plan. Not sure if it's the auto refresh feature causing all the use, or the module itself, but I've disabled it now, so we're allowed to keep the forum running, without having to change to a dedicated and ten times more expensive hosting plan.

In such cases we must take the necessary measures to protect all websites hosted on the server. This is a standard procedure used by all shared hosting providers.

The high CPU usage is generated by the ShoutBox module that you use for the forum torchmodders.com/forums. In your case you will need to disable this module as it generates too much CPU usage.
