Manually activated skills

• Hey guys~
  
  Trying to create a learnable spell that you can manually turn on and off. Once for on, use it again to turn it off. Does anyone have an example of this effect that I could study to get the code for it?

  Never tried anything like these yet, but I am going to attempt making a build-up & release skill for the Destro sometime soon
