I think it's better if built-in device, I'm afraid if made separate weapon like Brother-in-Arms / Warbounds (you can give item, armor & weapon) it will affect item comparison. :)

That's cool :o. I hope he can attack both range, long range and close range. I mean if the enemy is away he will use a lasergun to attack, and when the enemy is close he will attack with lightsaber to attack. :D

Well, I'm not sure what I'm going to do laser shooting and sword strikes. It's just concept animations right now, just for fun. :) I think I will do 2 basic attacks - electric shock and dash-attack.

Other animations I'll probably add for "other BB8-like droids" - later I want to create steampunk and fantasy/clockwork skins for this model.

It's also good, electric shock and dash-attack. I like it. :)
Maybe you can give electric shock stun effect and shock damage, and you can give a dash-attack knock-back effect and stun.

Yeah, that's a good idea. I can not wait to see the droid & other skins. ;)
