I use the dicionary.txt in TLII Tag Fixer (lastest version update by Wersho) and fix it manually. Does anyone know how to define those hashcode?
Sorry for my bad English!
Hello Zayn. What mod is this from?
Hello Zayn. What mod is this from?
Hi Viz. It's from Thrasher's Armory

Sorry, I tried to guess them but I have no idea. :[
Let's wait if anyone else could give their input about this.
Just a question but how can we know that all the missing tag are understandable for Torchlight II?
And if some lines in featuretags.hie is the same with default file of torchlight II, will it conflict?
No idea.
I assume it should be detected automatically, because the missing tags is merely unreadable by GUTS but readable by the game engine. Unless its a foreign tags from mods, but that's another problem.
I think I've read somewhere that even if you place a new updated tags.dat in your mod, the game would still detects the default tags.dat. So I guess it is hardcoded.
The tag fixer should be able to fix .hie files without much issue.
No idea.

Thank you so much Viz.
I don't understand why some mod like Thrasher's Armory can be created with those hashcode from GUTS but it doesn't detect those

About the tags.dat in mod, if we update the default tags.dat (which is in Torchlight II/MEDIA folder) with new tags, do you think the game will detect the new ones in default tag.dat in Torchlight II/MEDIA folder?
Hmm.. I have doubts about it, though I didn't test that far tbh.
The last time i tried to test spawning items in GUTS after un-packing the mod and their hash-codes were "missing", i was still able to spawn those items. i didn't test every single item, but enough to satisfy myself that items with missing hash-codes will spawn alright.
I'm just thinking that we might be chasing ghosts with this problem (we'll run and run but never catch them) yet it does not really seem to give problems in using the mod anyway. this is just my opinion, but i think we don;t need to worry about this issue too much
