Is there a way to open  things like "Spawn class", "Treasure weapon rack" so i know the details?

Outside of GUTS, you can open any of the .dat file using programs like Notepad++

Yes. Sometimes its faster to edit using Notepad than GUTS  :)

But if i edit the.dat file, what about the .bindat file?

Edit: Also, how do I see the files from a specific mod? im on steamapps-common-torchlight 2-media.
But what if i want to edit files from a mod?

You can ignore the bindat files, they are rebuilt each time you open the Guts editor.

To see the files from a mod you have first to unpack it.
