• How high of quality are you looking for?
  This could be done by taking the Wolf pet in TL2, adding some red paint, and winglets...
  
  There is a sfm model:

  but it looks like it was ripped from a game. This could be used as reference if someone were to model it.

• You would need someone with 3dsmax installed to export it to either ogre3d or an fbx format blender can read.
  It even has animations, so bonus!

  @Sch123 I also thank you for your suggestions and research for tools!
  
  Ultimately it can be a simple repaint of the wolf skin since "Okami" fans would be pleased to have this in a Pet mod.
  
  The hardest part may be getting the red stripes placed properly in the texture yet I've seen a decent tiger re skin done for the panther so it's promising!
