@Lord Nyriox was asking about these animations on Discord. I started playing with it and couldn't stop :D
I used Blender 3d, Gyro's script, and my animation splitter to get this done.
The walk animation was the only one that really needed a lot of tweaking.
In addition, I used some physics stuff in blender to make the tail move and then saved it as keyframes.
It took me a while to remember how to setup the physics stuff. I haven't done it in quite a few months.
Updated: It doesn't work with the original mesh, so I included an updated mesh to go with the skeletons.

HOLYGUACAMOLE @Vkoslak you are DA MAN!!!
Gonna use this tonight tonight tonight !!!
-
Sorry, @Vkoslak, but it appears that the bones are all out of order somehow.
A quick preview in Dusho's Torchlight Mesh Viewer shows the limbs all crossed.
Can you somehow fix it?
Thanks for your help. :}
-
You replaced all the skeletons with the ones in the zip right?
I changed the parent of the tail bone to make it work better so it's not compatible with the old skeleton files.
-
I updated the first post to have a new zip with the fixes.
-
In spite of my emphatic "tonight x 3!" i did not get to it last night :P
So now i can use the fixed files :D
Thx @Vkoslak !

@Vkoslak, @Phanjam:
I went ahead and polished the model data (so it can be used in a mod right away).
First of all, I added all the "other" Mana Guardian model data (materials, animation-registry, etc).
I spliced in the animation-registry from the Siege Guardian (removing any irrelevant data, such as the Siege Guardian's "idle" and "bind" animations, and the "hide/show material" events).
I rebuilt and optimized the Mesh and Skeleton data using OgreXMLConverter and MeshMagick (so the model should be both version-matched and more efficient).
Finally, I fixed the "bind" animation to actually have the correct properties: name="Bind" and length="0" (same as every other Torchlight base skeleton).
I tested my edited model with a modified copy of the "Playable Siege Guardian (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=176852713)" mod. My patched version plays just fine.
Aside: Call me weird, but for whatever reason, the Mana Guardian seems far more "sexy" to me than any other TL1/TL2 model I have seen.
Even the TL1 Zealot is barely a shadow in relation to it, as far as I am concerned. ;}

Hi @Vkoslak and @Lord Nyriox.
I've just noticed this work you made and I wonder if it has been included in a mod ?
And would you give me the authorization to include it in my Variant Pets mod ?
-
Fine with me.

And would you give me the authorization to include it in my Variant Pets mod?
Go ahead, @Korzeam. :}
You might want to try one of my later revisions of the model. I have created several experimental variants of the "Boss Mana Guardian" mesh, which are included in my newer model packages.
"Boss Mana Guardian", version 7:
