What's going on damage-wise tho? looks like a little knockback and DOT? the damage numbers looked high too...

Phanjam, the damage is, of course, not finalized.  The darts do a touch of damage, plus bleed and knockback.  Then, on landing, the Vanq strikes all around in a pretty tight circle (2.8m) doing damage, knockback and a chance to stun.
