Title: Having trouble with mods/need help

Alright, I tried modding by myself and it is not easy (at least for me). Therefore I am looking for some experienced modder who is up to do the stuff for me. I would pay you via PayPal, or with some steam game, idk in return for your work. The Mods I want to make/modify are pretty easy stuff for someone who knows I think but I am not sure. So... Is anyone up to it?

The mods I am looking to modify/make are: making new stat point potions for the merchants and transfer one monk passive skill to the berserker

For stat point potions you can try:
- Light's Stat Potion (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1380120906).
- Torchlight II Essentials (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=138228035) on World Map.

And for passive skill, what skill is that? Maybe you can try:
- Skills Expansion (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=924025867&searchtext=Skills+Expansion).
- Or you can try another class Mod.
