Can somebody upload or post a new link to Abramoff's Animation Retimer utility please? So some reason I cannot download it fomr the original link. Many thanks in advance!

EDIT: Argh this is the outdated version that has the floating point bug and doesn't have the 'cut' feature - do you have the updated one? I can't do anything without getting the dreaded "is not a valid floating point value' error :(
