Title: Skills Expansion: Added Native Skills

Phase 3 of this mod project.

Idea is to add 2 skills on each class skill tree, to form a full 12 Slot skills.

This project will include:

We encourage anyone to contribute 6 new skills per class that are helpful towards expanding the original 4 Classes of Torchlight 2!

Engineer

Embermage

Berserker

Outlander

We will be making 2 versions of this mod for:

Vanilla

and

Synergies

So we would need 2 different versions with appropriate power levels.
