Title: Level Cap Increase, Gear Affix and Overall a mod to turn Torchlight II up to 11

I'm interested in making a mod to increase level cap and stats up to Disgaea levels of crazy. Along with increasing the power of item affixes and making mob density crazy as well.

I think most of this would be done through the default graphs but I'm not sure how to use/modify them.
