I tried out http://code.stypi.com.
It's pretty neat - it's basically a text file editor but I liked that it has a nested-folders tree on the left, so you can arrange files to match how they're located in the \MEDIA folder of a mod ;)
Entire folders and all their contents can then be shared with any other stypi.com users, you just need to include them in the sharing settings for whichever folder or file you're sharing. ;D

Just letting peeps know, stypi.com will be closing down by Aug. 31, 2015 :(
