Yesterday and today I worked on the new model, and here result.  :)

Truly awesome Kva!  I would ask you for permission to add this to my "big pets" mod, except I dont think I have time to work on that mod right now!  Whatever time I have I will put into TL1CP first.

Well, I do not think it's a good idea. It is not appropriate style.  :-\ Your pets big and "meat". But maybe later I'll make a warbeast- zombie like sturmbeorns. Big meat zombie is a style that we need.  8)

Fantastic again Kva!

I have a question - you know the spectral dragon and the spectral Tutara? Are those 2 meshes on the same .SKELETON? One for the skeleton inside and one for the spectral "skin" outside?

Yeah, easy!  :) It's just parts of one multiple mesh(like a wardrobe) and it can be divided.

:) Yup, I was surprised when I saw how cool it is. And I got a new idea!
Such creature would die in a special way - after death the spectral shell disappears, ie the soul leaves the body like smoke and you see just lying lifeless skeleton.

Agree with Wolven, those spectral wolves are uber-cool!!!

I love that idea of the spectral "cloak" blowing off in a death animation, leaving just the skeleton.  That would be awesome!

This is so totally doable with GUTS.  Awesome concept!

Kva this is awesome, I love the skeleton and the spectral wolf
 may I inspire you an idea? What about a spectral character model? If you make the external mesh spectral like the wolf would the normal wardrobe work?

Well, I thought about it yesterday...
I suppose that it is possible to do something like this - "Ghost skin":

But if we're talking about the full spectral character (+ spectral armor), it will be more difficult (a lot of work with wardrobe meterials), but most likely also possible.

No, only the human body, like the ghost skin.  8) So that you only need to edit the character mesh/material and not the wardrobe.

No internal skeleton works fine, but it loses its own texture, вut this is not the main problem. Also I can not make a transparent skin.  :) Character is largely hardcoded.

No, this model works fine, but it looks like an ordinary blue human.  :D

It is necessary to solve two problems:
1) The main task - to make a transparent skin.
Now I do not know how to do this. Perhaps we should try some variations with [WARDROBE_FEATUREOPTIONS].
2) The second task - the internal skeleton.
I believe that this problem can be solved by [FEATURE]. Ie this should be done like the engineer backpack - a separate model with texture that is attached to the character model.

Damn... so close to a playable spectral race...

Well, there should be a away to make the skin to be transparent, after all the **** dead characters are fully transparent, with wardrobe an all. But if this is a hardcoded thing, that's a bummer.

I'm having some difficulties with the models in the editor. It seems to make spectral animals are not so simple.  :(
But the skeleton is working fine, I tried to do different death animations(in *.animation) - cutting off the head, legs and body.
