Title: How do Contributors on SteamWorkshop work?

I was wondering how the contributors on the steam workshop works, for games like DOTA 2, Team fortress or others from the ones you can make money with your mods, I serves to distribute the income with the people that help you.
But in the case of Torchlight 2, what does it does? Does it lets the contributors update the mod or something like that? Or only be shared without everyone seen the mod?

You come up with the absolute hardest questions to answer.  I don't know how this works with TL2, but we might be able to answer that for you after we finish up the TL1CP.  We have a lot of people listed as contributors on there.

I dont think it does income distribution. But i could be wrong!  :P
