New props & ideas for "The Dark Palace"

Yup, I need some new decorations for my mod.

The destroyed Embercopter and its parts. As you know, I've done it a long time ago.

Spoiler (hover to show)

Also, I need some non-standard lootables. I suppose that these will be "uncivilized grave" like the dead adventurer and a variety of corpses(crash victims).

In this topic I will show new props when(and if) I'll do it.  :)

2-way portal.

For a long time I want to try something like this. The basic idea - I need a mechanism which allows to move from one point to another and back again. It can be used in different situations, but I need this to create secret places.



You can decorate it as you wish - a rope, secret holes, vine, etc. Is important that you have two points of teleportation - A and B.

Now I need to figure out how to introduce delay during transfer. Something, like you know in other games - dimming the screen for a few seconds.



And perhaps I need the selection menu, something like - "You want to use it? 1. Yes 2. No"

Yeah, now it looks amazing. I'm surprised at how vegetation changes appearance.
In any unclear situation use a bush!  :D

You can get into a dungeon if you get a version with the open (broken) gates.

Okay, guys, looks like I finished "the hidden passage".

It was not easy because there is a problem of portal activation. A timer does not want to run the portal. So I added additional triggers.

Hehe, everything comes with practice.  :) A good tutorial is in the Wiki: Outdoor Level Chunk Tutorial. Everything else - is a practice and knowledge about keyboard shortcuts.

You may remember this idea. Now it is just a concept, but it can be done - a hidden chest that you should find before receiving.

gytfunke, I remember some of your experiments with the "stat check". Is there any progress with that?
